| The clientèle is mixed, with both Indians and Americans frequenting the restaurant. "The Americans like our dosas and thalis," says Natarajan. As for the Indians, they throng here, driving from long distances to enjoy all their favorites. The restaurant is popular with Indian tourists too...Years after leaving L.A., the customers return to Paru's whenever they are in town. R.
